Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Quorint ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website at quorint.tech and our platform (the "Service"). Quorint helps manufacturing and other small and medium-sized businesses discover public tenders, trade fair opportunities, sales leads, and business partners, and reach out to them.

1. Data we collect

Information you give us:

• Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a hash).
• Company profile data: company name, country, industry and product information, NACE and CPV codes, and other preferences you provide so we can match you with relevant opportunities.
• Outreach data: leads and contacts you save, and the outreach messages you draft, approve, and send through the Service.
• Communications: messages you send us for support or feedback.

Information collected automatically:

• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, used for security, diagnostics, and improving the Service.
• Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 7.

2. Connecting your Google account

Quorint lets you optionally connect your Google account so the Service can send outreach from your own email address and schedule meetings in your calendar. Connecting is always your choice, and you can use the rest of Quorint without it. When you connect, Google asks you to approve the following permissions:

• Send email on your behalf (Gmail send): we send outreach messages that you create or approve in Quorint, from your Gmail address. This permission does not let us read your inbox or your existing emails.
• Create and edit calendar events (Google Calendar): we create and update meeting events, for example when a lead agrees to a meeting.
• Read calendar availability (Google Calendar, read-only): we read your free/busy times and calendar time zone so we can propose meeting times that fit your schedule.
• Basic identity (OpenID, email): we read your Google email address to show which account is connected.

What we store: We store the connected email address, the permissions you granted, and the access credentials (tokens) Google gives us so the connection keeps working. We keep records of the messages sent and meetings created through Quorint as part of your outreach history. We do not copy or store the rest of your calendar.

How we use Google user data:

• Only to provide the features you asked for: sending your approved outreach and scheduling meetings. Nothing else.
• We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
• Our staff do not read your Google user data unless you give explicit consent for specific data, it is necessary for security or abuse investigation, or the law requires it.
• We transfer Google user data to others only to run these features (for example our hosting providers), to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.

Quorint's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting: You can disconnect your Google account at any time in Quorint's settings, which revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens. You can also remove Quorint's access from your Google Account permissions page. Messages already sent and meetings already created remain in your Gmail and Calendar, which we cannot remove for you.

3. How we use your data

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
• To match your company with relevant tenders, trade fairs, leads, and business partners.
• To send outreach you approve, and to schedule meetings you accept.
• To send service-related messages, such as account notices and opportunity alerts you have enabled.
• To respond to support requests.
• To analyse usage and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Legal basis

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (security, product improvement), your consent (connecting your Google account, optional communications, and non-essential cookies), and legal obligations.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run Quorint (hosting, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring) under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms.
• The recipients of outreach you choose to send, who receive the message content and your sender address.
• Other users, but only the company profile information you choose to make visible in the Service.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
• A successor, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

6. Data about your leads and contacts

When you add leads or contacts and send them outreach, you decide what to send and to whom. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them. If you are a lead or contact and want your data removed or to stop receiving messages, email us at info@quorint.tech.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session. Where we use analytics or other non-essential cookies, we do so based on your consent where required, and you can withdraw it or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the Service from working.

8. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service. Google access tokens are deleted when you disconnect your Google account or delete your Quorint account. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal, accounting, or security reasons.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, or to request account deletion, email us at info@quorint.tech. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of Google access tokens, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

12. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you through the Service or by email.
