Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quorint website and platform (the "Service"), operated by COMPANY_NAME ("Quorint", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
1. The Service
Quorint helps small and medium-sized businesses discover public tenders, trade fair opportunities, sales leads, and potential business partners, matched to their profile, and helps them reach out to those leads. Opportunity information is gathered from public and third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying any opportunity, deadline, or requirement with the original source before acting on it. Quorint does not submit bids or enter into contracts on your behalf.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Connected Google account and outreach
You may connect your Google account so the Service can send outreach emails from your Gmail address and schedule meetings in your Google Calendar. By connecting, you authorise Quorint to perform those actions on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.
You are solely responsible for your outreach, and you agree that:
- You will only contact people you have a lawful basis to contact, and you will comply with applicable email, marketing, and data protection laws (for example anti-spam and e-privacy rules).
- Your messages will be truthful and not misleading, and will honour opt-out requests promptly.
- You will comply with Google's terms and sending limits. Google may limit, block, or suspend your account, and Quorint is not responsible for that or for email deliverability.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive or harassing content through the Service.
- Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data at scale without our written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or interfere with their operation.
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the information you submit to the Service (such as your company profile and outreach content). You grant Quorint a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide and improve the Service, including showing the parts you choose to make visible to other users. You confirm you have the right to submit it.
6. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, matching logic, and compiled data, is owned by Quorint or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes. Third-party data such as tender notices remains subject to its original source's terms.
7. Fees
Some features may be paid. Where fees apply, they will be shown before you purchase, and you agree to pay them according to the plan you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, and we may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use poses a security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) will survive.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of opportunity data, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, or procurement advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quorint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost contracts, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or EUR 100 if you have not paid us). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes
We may update the Service and these Terms. For material changes we will give reasonable notice through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of GOVERNING_LAW, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.
